OOTD: Splash of neon!

I haven't done an OOTD post in ages so thought I'd make this one look a bit more fun, despite the not-so-good quality pics! But quality of the photos aside, I also liked the background of my beloved clothes rail - I put only my most favourite items of clothes/shoes on this rail so I can look lovingly at them, this is no joke(!) 

I am still a fan of neon so thought I'd spice this everyday outfit up by giving it a citrus twist, the vest was bought for the bargain price of £1.99, you gotta love H&M! Overall a fairly easy outfit to throw together when you've literally just woken up :)
