Merry Christmas!

So I don't have many family photographs, so I thought I would get one today of the family all together - and here it is! Can't wait to get it framed :)

A pair of Missbehavers!

After a very very busy week @ Missbehaver HQ myself, my colleague (and good friend) Jenny and our lovely boss John went for a few drinks and a meal at The Living Room in Manchester.
John treated us to lots of cocktails during our meal - I would definitely recommend the Strawberry Daquiri and the Passionfruit Bellini, then Jenny and I decided to go out partying after!

Starting off as we mean to go on!

Jenny looking v glam in her faux fur coat and Missbehaver Red Lace Dress!

My Outfit:

Coat: Mango
Cami Lace Dress: Oh my Love @ Asos
Necklace: Forever 21
Shoes: Miss Selfridge

Again, as per usual my outfit was a bit of a last minute thrown together kinda look that all seemed to work well! I particularly love statement jewellery this month - take a look at my previous recent outfit posts for evidence! The lace dress was bought earlier that week (I just can't resist a good 20% discount offer at Asos), it features cami straps and a low back and is absolutely perfect for someone lucky enough to be my height (5'2")!

Jenny and I drinking delicious zombie cocktails in Hula Tiki Lounge - possibly one of the most fun bars in Manchester, where they set the cocktails on fire - amazing!

OOTN: Remember, remember the month of December

It's not too early now to start getting excited for Christmas and the gifts that Santa will be bringing us in 23 days time! I started off the month of December by visiting the Manchester Christmas Markets - yes I am one of those people who refuses to visit them till we are officially in the month of December, just to feel that bit more festive!
I am a huge fan of the Christmas Markets, the atmosphere is always buzzing and vibrant and fully of fellow festive faces! Plus there's nothing better than tucking into some coconut macaroons and a mug of mulled wine!
I am a big fan of the ongoing tartan trend at the moment so I decided to wear my green tartan skater dress from Missbehaver along with my old faithful leather jacket and leather ankle boots. I also threw on a woolly hat to keep my head nice and warm!

Let's get playful!

I love playsuits of all varieties, they look good dressed up or down and this version from Forever 21 makes no exception to the rule!
I love it because it looks good with crops thrown underneath and features a silky-like finish and is just the right length for someone my height (5'2).

I was feeling a bit Christmassy (I know, I know it's not even December yet) so teamed it with my sparkly black crop top bought from a charity shop several years ago, my lovely Chelsea boots from Office (the perfect heel for the daytime) and a silver spiky necklace from H&M.

November Rain

This was one of those last minute outfits I put together, I've been opting for warmer colours recently as it's that time of year when they look good! I had planned to wear a playsuit from Urban Outfitters however I didn't like how it looked on!

I had a last minute rummage through my drawers and wardrobes (note the use of plurals haha) and came across this skirt, which I'd only ever wore in the daytime. I am a huge fan of florals and love this particular style from Missbehaver.com as it's quite trans seasonal. The corset crop top is a recent purchase of mine from H&M and I'd been looking forward to wearing it for a while but wasn't sure what with.

It was nippy outside last night so I threw some tights on and my old faithful leather jacket - perfect for those chilly nights in town!

P.S. Ignore the kitchen roll on the floor - I had just spilt some of my cocktail there... Oops!

Happy Halloween!

So this year I went to a Halloween party that involved DIY'ing your own costume...  Sounds a bit messy right?!
After struggling to come up with an idea for ages I googled homemade costume ideas and saw that you could make a bat costume with a broken black umbrella - definitely sounds easier than it actually was!
I had to cut all the metal bits off using some pliers (and if you're weak like me you would not find this an easy task), I then had to cut two segments of the umby (umbrella) up and sew it to the arm and sides of a black cardigan... The costume did turn out great though!

I also went on a night out on actual Halloween with two of my good friends - we don't remember a lot of the night... These "blood" cocktails might be the reason why!

Going to the chapel and we're gonna get married!

So less than a day of being back from Rhodes (sigh) I went to my lovely cousin Georgina's wedding - the perfect way to delay my post holiday blues :)

So with not much time to spare I had to throw a quick outfit together the night before, I opted for a paisley bodycon dress from Zara, it captured that end of Summery essence but also had an Autumn look about it. I styled it with some tan chunky heels (also from Zara) a brown patent clutch from Topshop and a pashmina which I purchased from my holiday in Turkey many, many years earlier. Hope you like my look :)

Rhodes Round Two.

Yep, so we went revisited Rhodes again due to it being so good the first time round. I was actually a little apprehensive as to whether it would be as good as the first, however, it turned out to be better.

Here are the outfits I brought with me (it's rather blurry) - I only just managed to not go over the luggage allowance, I don't travel light...

Starting off the holiday (@ 6am!!) with a standard bottle of kopparberg!

Outfit:

Crop Jersey Tee: Asos
Daisy Print Skirt: Missbehaver.com

Worn with black charity shop boots

Outfit:

Black Crop Top: Missbehaver.com
Asymmetric Skirt: Forever 21

I love this skirt, it's probably been my most worn skirt of the summer, and most likely will be making a return next summer. This was the first evening and here I am enjoying my very first cocktail of the holiday!

Outfit:

Dress: Missbehaver.com
Sheer Shirt: Charity Shop
Bag: Topshop
Cut out shoes: Topshop

Outfit:

Black Vest Top: H&M
White Shorts: Missbehaver.com
Converse Trainers: Schuh
Bag: Topshop

This stunning picture was taken from the church, Profit Illias, that overlooks the whole of Pefkos. And let me tell you the walk up to the top was not pleasant - and this is coming from someone who regularly does 10k+ runs!! I had to stop halfway up for a quick water break (see above).

Black and Cream Mini Skirt: Missbehaver.com
Accessories: H&M

Yammas!

Outfit:
Sheer Chiffon Shirt: Charity shop
Floral Cage Dress: Cute little boutique on Brick Lane, London
Bag: Topshop
Necklace: Forever 21
Shoes (even though you can't see them): Topshop leather chunky mid heels

This was possibly the best, yet most random night of the holiday on the whole. What started off as a day lounging by the pool and watching the football, then progressed onto an evening of fine dining (see below), delicious after meal cocktails and finally a night out in the town of Lindos (just next door to Pefkos). It's safe to say I wasn't the most lively person the following day (again, see below)

Outfit:

Aztec Chiffon Fringe Top: Missbehaver.com
White Lace Shorts: Missbehaver.com
Black Leather Sandals: Urban Outfitters
Sunglasses: H&M

This photo was taken after a long day sleeping on the beach; hungover I must add, it's a hard life eh?!

Outfit:

Tiger Print Bodysuit: Missbehaver.com
Denim Shorts: Levi
Belt: H&M
Cross Necklace: Forever 21

Here I am taking a walk on the wild side in my Tiger Print Bodysuit from Missbehaver. I toughened this look up with my denim Levi shorts and converse. It still looks like evening attire however, due to the low cut back on the bodysuit and embellished jewellery. This photo was taken at a bar lock in - where they also did karaoke, don't even ask me how my singing was (terrible if you must know).

So there you have my second trip to Pefkos, Rhodes in photos - unfortunately due to the huge amount of fun being had, I didn't manage to take lots of photos, if you are looking for an amazing holiday, book to go here. Go, do it.
